What happens on the free discovery call? +
The discovery call is a relaxed, 30-minute conversation — no scripts, no sales pitch. We talk about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether coaching feels like the right next step. You'll leave with clarity either way.
Do sessions happen online or in person? +
Both! I work with clients worldwide via Zoom, and I also offer in-person sessions for clients based in India. Either way, the experience is equally warm and held.
How long does coaching typically take? +
It depends entirely on your goals and what comes up. Many clients work with me for 3–6 months for deeper transformation. Single sessions and short packages are also available. We'll figure out what makes sense for you on the discovery call.
Is this therapy or coaching? What's the difference? +
Coaching is forward-focused — we work on where you want to go and how to get there. Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Many clients do both alongside each other. If I ever feel that therapy is the right first step for someone, I'll say so with care.
Is everything I share kept confidential? +
Absolutely and without exception. Everything shared in our sessions remains completely private. Confidentiality is the foundation of the coaching relationship.
